On Friday 11th September HRH Prince of Wales made a visit to the South West. After coming down over night 67005 and 67006 were to be found working up the sea wall so the visitors could arrive in Exeter for a trip to the Met Office, before heading to Princetown, Tavistock and then back to Exeter for Evensong. The train was stabled at Hackney Yard during the day and returned to Exeter before heading back to London
